I've been asking myself these questions recently. Between the winter blues settling in, my parents divorce, and the trials and tribulations of being a new mother I have been giving the subject of happiness a lot of thought. So I decided to start keeping a happy journal. (I have also heard of people creating gratitude journals). It's just a hodgepodge of thoughts, ideas, things, people and places that I love. Here's my list; what would be on yours?
