Ta da! The final result. I realize the color isn't on trend right now, but I just fell in love with it. Vanilla milkshake...doesn't that sound delicious? What can I say, I'm a sucker for yellow. My living room feels light and airy and actually larger. Isn't it amazing what a little paint and hard work can accomplish? Now for the rest of the house...
I never follow trend. I make it! I was just in Home Depot getting a few things for our casa. I loved chocolate brown and blue long before it was in. Now it's all over the place. I say vanilla milkshake your house all you want. It's beautiful and it's your home. LOVE IT! PS I was serious about loving to paint. The next time you paint, tell us and we will come down and help! Looks like your living room is totally ready for a book club get together!
Megan, it looks great! I wish I could come and see it tomorrow and come to book club but I'm taking a final on wednesday so I can't. Hopefully I can soon though! Wow!!! I love it. I actually quite like the colour. I have white walls in my house. Then I put the colour in with other things. You've done a wonderful job!!
