Have you ever been hugged by someone you care about? I mean, really hugged them? That tight, heart-stopping squeeze where neither of you lets go for several seconds, which feel like minutes? It's an embrace full of all the love, adoration and friendship you just can't put into words.
Tuesday night I got hugged like that; by someone that I care a lot about, but wasn't sure if I would ever see again. So for me it was a stunned-speechless-larger-than-life moment, and I'm so happy that he took the chance and came to see me. I went home and alternately laughed and cried at the mere thought of it.
