Hello to all of my faithful friends and avid readers! Just a quick note to let you know that I will be taking a break from the blog for a week or two, so I can do some traveling with my family. I may be checking in on you all from time-to-time, or possibly do a post (if the occasion presents itself), but I'm leaving myself an "out" just in case I don't feel the need to touch a computer for several weeks. It's entirely dependent on how this lazy Cleopatra feels (can you just imagine me on my chaise lounge, being fanned by palm fronds, and fed grapes by a strapping, half-naked man)? Yeah me either. I will, however, be spending some time with my wonderful in-laws in Madison, Wisconsin; and we are already planning excursions to Chicago as well as Nauvoo. (I'm excited beyond bearing, and I promise lots of posts to come when I return.) Until then darlings... Bon Voyage!

Oh, jealousy! Enjoy family and going to one of my favorite cities. Just don't pick up any white emergency phones so you can see what the buttons look like. Your family will never let you live it down. Love you tons!
