moving day

Last Saturday was a big day at the Holdaway Home. We rented a moving truck, and packed up all of Miss Alli's things to take to her new house. Even though we are excited about getting our rooms back, we are very sad to see her go. It has been a great experience for me, and I felt that I got to know her a little better. Alli genuinely loves Peter, and I know he loves her too. In the midst of the chaos, noise, people and furniture last week, he broke-down and started crying (and couldn't be consoled for quite some time). He didn't like that everyone was taking her things away! The next morning he ran to her bedroom and knocked on her door, but she wasn't there, and it even made me a little sad to see his confusion and disappointment. Luckily she only moved down the street, so I'm sure we'll be making lots of trips to see Aunt Alli soon. Especially now that Uncle Jared will be moving in to the new Holdaway Home as well...

Good luck in your new house Holdaways!

OK little Heather and Ben were so cute together at your banana split party. I see a future hook up. ;)

That makes me so sad that Peter took it so hard. I could tell he was having a hard time when he came to the room and found me. He was like, "Who are you, and what did you do with my Alli?"

You all are really so lucky to have family within walking distance. I'm jealous! I wish Ben had an aunt Alli down the street!

How exiting! I'm glad she is still going to be close.
I hope the in-laws will be coming soon too!

If you need any help organizing, painting, cleaning, whatever, I will help! Remember.. I'm sick.. I love to clean and organize!

oh yay! the first and only account i've heard of your dad's new girl was from my dad a little while ago. I think it strange sometimes that my dad and your dad still stay in contact but it makes me very happy. You can tell it means a lot to my dad too. Plus, you know my dad and carolyn...I believe the words they used to describe her were "knock out" and "a keeper." haha. They liked her a lot. I'm happy to hear the news that they will be married.

i have one question tho.... "a fish may love a bird masseur...but where would they live?" haha. Sweden or the US?

k, im gonna go check out cupcake chowder now. Heard there was a good review to read!

love you!
